Musicians’ wellbeing classes

The Centre for Music Performance is working with the Faculty of Music on an enhanced programme of wellbeing sessions addressing the physical and mental strain which performing as a musician can place on us.  Sessions include Yoga, Alexander Technique, and breath-work: they are led by an expert in musicians’ wellbeing, Anna Camilla Goldbeck-Wood. These sessions are open to all University of Cambridge students, and performers of all genres of music are invited to participate. You do not need to be a music student to attend.

Further information and sign ups will be available soon.
